Logistics Foreman – Construction Site Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to lead daily construction logistics activities, coordinate site operations, and supervise labor and subcontractors on major construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics activities on the construction site.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Manage material handling and lifting operations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain logistics records and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of construction logistics or site operations experience.
• Proven experience supervising construction site personnel.
• Knowledge of material handling and lifting operations.
• Familiarity with construction safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
