Analista de Seguridad – Gestión de Identidades

About the role

We are looking for a Security Analyst who will act as the first line of defense for our organization, managing digital identities and ensuring secure access to financial systems. The role offers technical challenges, a supportive team environment, and continuous learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, suspend and delete user accounts based on formal approvals.
• Perform password resets and unlock user accounts according to defined procedures and SLA.
• Validate IAM activities performed by other agents using cross‑checks to maintain quality control.
• Monitor and manage the ticket queue, collaborating with the Service Desk to provide timely responses.
• Prepare reports and management metrics (KPI/KRI) to assess area performance.
• Contribute to the creation, update and improvement of operational documentation.
• Guide and educate internal staff and vendors on proper access handling and security best practices.

Required profile

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Electronics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Security, IT, Service Desk or a technical call‑center focused on security, access control and identity management.
• Solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management fundamentals (RBAC, least‑privilege principle), Active Directory administration and ITSM tools.
